U.S marshals - the poor mans fugitive

This sequel to the Fugitive is just w**k... its so similar it just comes across as the poor mans version of the original. There is nothing that makes this unique, the twist is telegraphed from the start and there is very little redeeming about it. It's a shame but it just doesn't work.
